I wanted to share one of my favorite summer desserts that is ridiculously easy to make and offers a healthy alternative to ice cream. It is dairy-free and has no added sugar.
The creaminess of the coconut milk and the tang of the berries is a refreshing and satisfying combo. It is absolutely perfect for those times that you are craving something creamy and a little bit sweet.
A Healthy Two-Ingredient Dessert
Coconut Berry Sorbet Recipe
1 can full-fat coconut milk
Frozen berries (I used between 4-5 cups of a mix of strawberries and raspberries). Play around with the proportions - it will all depend on your blender and the consistency you prefer.
Combine ingredients in a high-powered blender or a food processor.
Blend/process until smooth.
