The Eat Happy! Group Health Coaching Program will help you develop a personalized approach to eating and eliminate confusion around health and nutrition. Learn to tune out all the popular (and often conflicting) dietary advice and tune in to your body's messages to find the foods that make your unique body thrive!
Receive education, tools, and support to help you make the diet and lifestyle choices that result in long-lasting change and lifelong wellness habits. WITHOUT restriction or deprivation!
IN THIS PROGRAM YOU WILL:
Learn nutrition fundamentals and become aware of your unique nutritional needs.
Navigate the world of conflicting nutrition advice and develop a personalized approach to eating and nutrition.
Gain a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that will help you meet your health and weight loss goals.
Find which foods nourish your body and boost your energy - without dieting, restricting, or feeling deprived.
Learn how to make empowered food choices and overcome food cravings.
Improve your overall health and happiness!
THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:
6 1-hour in person group sessions over a 6 week period.
A small and intimate group learning environment.
Private online community to continue the conversation outside of the group meetings and give each other support.
Actionable steps after each session to help you incorporate suggested practices into your life.
Support and accountability outside of the live sessions.
An abundance of tools, resources, information, and inspiration for supporting you to meet your health and weight loss goals!

“The Eat Happy series of classes is exactly what I needed, but didn’t know it until halfway through the course. This class aims to condense all the nutrition info that’s out there into a manageable amount of information. This is not a weight loss course, per se. These classes are not going to discuss your current weight, weight loss goals, or anything of that nature. It is simply solid nutrition information and advice, complete with recipes. Amy even brings in samples (like her Maple Freezer Bites that even my kids love!). Her class on sugar alone makes the entire course worth taking. While taking the Eat Happy class, I actually stopped tracking my calories just to see what would happen. I did not gain a pound and, I even lost the 5 lbs. I gained during a recent series of birthday celebrations! That feeling, that I don’t have to track my calories, has been freeing to me.
