Weekly Support Group
I will be collaborating with Lee Daugherty of BEAST Boonsboro to offer a weekly goal setting, mindset, and workout group. It is designed to help you take an INSIDE-OUT approach to living a healthier and happier life.
We will meet on Sundays at the BEAST Boonsboro gym to exchange ideas and strategies designed to structure our upcoming week for success.
Weekly topics include habit change, meal planning, nutrition and exercise tips, spiritual discussion and more. Each session ends with an optional self-paced 20-30 minute exercise session. All sessions are hosted by Lee Daugherty and/or myself.
The group begins the first Sunday in April (4/7) and is currently set to run through the end of May. Each session is an investment of $10 and there are 9-10 am and 4-5 pm options available. Both sessions are limited to 12 attendees.
