I've been there too.

I truly understand what it feels like to struggle with your relationship with food. I struggled with food, weight, and body image for over 20 years.

When it comes to food, I've done it all. Binge Eating. Compulsive Eating. Secret Eating. Mindless Eating. Stress Eating. Restricting. Compulsive Exercising. Yo-Yo Dieting.You name it. Chances are really good that I've done it.

When you work with me, you work with a coach that gets it. Not only do I have a deep compassion and empathy for any type of struggle around food and weight but I also have a level of understanding that only comes from experiencing the struggle first-hand.

As your health coach, I put the power back in YOUR hands.

I will be your personal guide and mentor. I will provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. It is my intention as a coach to empower you, to build you up, and to create a space where you feel comfortable to do the work.  

Each session will leave you feeling motivated and inspired. Together, we will revolutionize the way you eat, the way you live, and the way you think so that you can transform into the most vibrant version of yourself.

As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you. You will also gain insight and awareness about yourself by looking inward.

Focused on food but not diets or rules.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and/or proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods.

Instead, we will navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.
