Rebranding Announcement: Full Circuit Fitness & Nutrition

Amy Barnette Health & Wellness Coaching REBRANDED

I began my health coaching business as a sole proprietor and recently took the step to become an LLC. With that change, I decided to call my business by something other than my personal name to reflect the work I do and the direction I want my business to take.

And, so, Full Circuit Fitness & Nutrition was born.

A New Name: why Full Circuit?

Vibrant Health Goes Beyond The Food You Eat And The Exercise You Do in The Gym

Optimal health is so much more than your exercise program or following a particular diet. Instead, it is a complex interplay between many factors and encompasses your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. And for this reason, you can think of your health as a circuit.

When your personal health circuit is closed, there is a complete path for energy and vitality to flow. This full circuit is what will allow you to live your healthiest and most vibrant life.

You can think of your health as a circuit. When your personal health circuit is closed, you will be able to live your happiest and healthiest life.

You can think of your health as a circuit. When your personal health circuit is closed, you will be able to live your happiest and healthiest life.

However, when one of these factors is out of balance it causes a break in your personal health circuit. This imbalance has a ripple effect - touching all the areas of your life. It drains your energy and it becomes impossible for you to be at your best. You often wind up feeling out of control, unmotivated, and overwhelmed which can manifest as poor eating habits, excess weight, an unhealthy relationship with food or exercise, extreme fatigue - the list could go on and on.

The overarching goal of all my coaching services is to help you complete your unique health circuit so that you can become the person you are meant to be. Together, we will take a holistic approach to health and fitness so that you can transform the relationship you have with your body and change your mental and physical habits. You will get results because your body, health, fitness level, and performance will change from the inside out.

A New Look

Logo and branding Concept

I worked with the fabulous Andrea Horner to develop my logo. She was able to culminate the ideas of health, vibrancy, and balance with the “circuit” idea through a typographical design with small circular details.

She also developed a brand pattern to visually represent the importance of optimal health encompassing one’s emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

The Website

Becca Wood gave my website a much needed update. Not only did she make it look really pretty but she helped me simplify it to improve the overall experience for the visitor. I have always envisioned my website as a place to house all my heartfelt and carefully created content. She definitely helped me accomplish this through my Making Peace with the Pantry Blog and Resource Library.

And side note, if you want access to all my exclusive content, be sure to sign up for my free resource library. It has also gotten a makeover and is now easier to navigate.
